Emergency response is offered 24/7; however, response times are not guaranteed and depend on crew availability and weather-related travel safety.
3. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is quoted hourly unless otherwise stated. Additional rates may apply for:
– Emergency service calls
– Jobs requiring extra equipment or extended labor hours
– Multi-story or difficult-access roofs
We accept major credit cards, and all transactions are securely processed. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternate arrangements are agreed upon in writing. Insurance documentation is provided upon request for covered claims.
4. Cancellations & Scheduling
Due to the emergency nature of our services, cancellations within 2 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a service charge. Severe weather, unsafe conditions, or mechanical failures may require us to reschedule at our discretion. We’ll always communicate promptly if changes are needed.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians take every precaution to protect your home and property, Ice Dam USA cannot be held responsible for:
– Pre-existing roof or structural damage
– Hidden defects or conditions not visible during service
– Issues caused by poor insulation, ventilation, or gutter maintenance
Our professional-grade steam equipment is designed to safely remove ice without roof damage. However, extreme conditions or existing weaknesses in roofing materials may still result in limited or unavoidable impact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ice Dam USA’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
6. Warranties
Ice Dam USA does not provide express or implied warranties beyond those required by law. Because ice dams are weather-related events, we cannot guarantee that future ice buildup will not occur after service. We do guarantee that all work will be performed professionally and in good faith, using equipment and techniques that protect your roof.
7. User Responsibilities
